Cannes Lions: Regional Agencies of the Decade for the APAC region
Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity announced overnight its regional Agencies of the Decade for the APAC region.
As a Group, we had an incredible showing and we are pleased to announce that our agencies took home the #1 spot, #2 and #10.
New Zealand’s Colenso BBDO took home the top honours for what has been an incredibly consistent level of creative excellence over the past decade, having been awarded a grand total of 99 lions (1 x grand prix, 1 x titanium, 29 x gold, 31 x silver, 37 x bronze) across 58 campaigns for 30 brand during that period.
Some of the standout work from this period includes The Pedigree Child Replacement Programme (the most awarded campaign in Colenso history), DB Export Brewtroleum (the second most awarded campaign at Cannes from NZ), and the much-loved global platform Pedigree SelfieSTIX.
Following closely behind was Clemenger BBDO Melbourne with the agency being ranked the #2 regional Agency of the Decade, incredible recognition. This follows the agency’s recognition as both Mumbrella and
Campaign Brief’s Agency of the Decade.
Rounding out the list is Clemenger BBDO Wellington as the #10 ranked Agency of the Decade, a huge achievement.
